HONG KONG (100% interest)

7-Eleven operates 828 stores of which 317 are franchised. With “convenience” as a priority, the chain has expanded beyond being the neighbourhood store and now offers a wide variety of services – such as Octopus Smart Card value replenishment, bill payment and virtual pre-payment for internet services. 7-Eleven has launched its new concept store focusing on fresh and fast food. A three-year refurbishment programme is being undertaken that will convert the majority of the 828 outlets into the “fresh food” format.
