

Michael Kok, Group Chief Executive
Mr Kok was appointed Group Chief Executive of Dairy Farm on 1st April 2007. Mr Kok joined Dairy Farm in 1987, and was responsible for the Group's retail businesses in Singapore, Malaysia, India and Indonesia. Mr Kok has over 30 years' experience in retailing in Asia. He is a member of the UK Chartered Institute of Marketing, and attended the Senior Executive Programme at London Business School and the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Alec Tong, Group Finance Director
Mr Tong was appointed as Group Finance Director on 1st September 2010. He has held various senior finance positions within the Jardine Matheson Group since 1993, including Finance Director of Zung Fu, Jardine Motors and Jardine Pacific, and Group Treasurer of Jardine Matheson.
Mr Tong is a Chartered Accountant and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2008.

Dato' John Coyle, Regional Director, East Asia
Dato' John Coyle was appointed Regional Director, East Asia on 1st January 2007 covering Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Brunei. In 2006, Dato' John Coyle was honoured with the DIMP award conferred by His Royal Highness Sultan of the State of Pahang.
Dato' John Coyle joined GCH Retail (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd as Country Manager in January 2002 and had overall responsibility for GCH Retail, Malaysia's leading retail chain, which operates Giant hypermarkets, Cold Storage stores and Guardian health and beauty stores. Prior to joining GCH Retail, Dato' John Coyle worked in South Africa as Managing Director of 20 hypermarkets, 21 furniture supermarkets and 30 supermarkets. |

Caroline Mak, Regional Director, North Asia
Ms Caroline Mak was appointed Regional Director, North Asia on 1st November 2009 overseeing the Group’s retail operations in Hong Kong, Macau, China and Taiwan and acting as an advisor for its health & beauty businesses. At the same time, she also held the title of CEO of Dairy Farm China, a business unit under the North Asia Region, until May 2011. Ms Mak has been a Director of Dairy Farm Management Services Limited since January 2007. She first joined the Group as CEO of Mannings in January 2000 after six years as Managing Director of IKEA Hong Kong and Taiwan. In February 2007, she was appointed Group Specialty Retail Director responsible for the Group’s private label development as well as IKEA home furnishings business in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Ms Mak is a retail veteran and her career spans a number of industries including estate management, hotel management, semiconductors, cosmetics, home furnishings, health & beauty and food retailing.
In the past decade, Ms Mak has been actively serving the community. The major ones include her chairmanship of Hong Kong Retail Management Association and Qualifications Framework’s Retail Industry Training Advisory Committee as well as her appointments to the Minimum Wage Commission, Business Facilitation Advisory Committee, Airport Authority Hong Kong, Standing Committee on Disciplined Services Salaries and Conditions of Service and Quality Tourism Services Sub-Committee. |

Poh Seng Pol, Group Business Development Director
Mr Poh was appointed Group Business Development Director on 1st April, 2007 with responsibilities for the Group's business development projects and strategic initiatives. Mr Poh started his career in finance and accounting in 1981. He joined Dairy Farm in 1998 as the Finance and Business Development Director for the Group's retail businesses in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and India. Prior to that he held senior finance positions in various multinational corporations based in Singapore.
Mr Poh holds a Bachelor of Business degree (with distinction) from the RMIT University and a MBA from HKUST/Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.

Alex Tay, Regional Director, South Asia
Mr Tay was appointed Regional Director, South Asia on 1st June 2010 with responsibilities for the Group's retail operations in Singapore and India.
Mr Tay has more than 30 years' experience in the retail business including various key management positions in Fitzpatrick's Singapore, Cold Storage Singapore and overseas assignments in Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, India, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Mr Tay joined Dairy Farm in 1989 and was appointed CEO of Wellcome Taiwan in 2001 and subsequently CEO of Wellcome Hong Kong in 2006.
Mr Tay holds an MBA from Leicester University, UK and had completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in May 2009.
